What Type of Content Should I Share?

Surprisingly, this question gets asked a lot considering we're in the age of the creator economy. Nonetheless, the entire section is full of tips and tricks compiled from other popular users on the platform as well as suggestions from the Head of Community and Operations at Entre(@seantron).

"There is no 'correct' way of creating content on Entre, and with that said, there is no way to precisely pin down what content will be popular in comparison to other content either; that's just the name of the game, to be fair. Entre provides various features for creating content, but content doesn't have to be popular for it to be valuable." - @seantron

With that in mind, Entre is still in it's early stages, and has a lot of growth ahead. So getting your name into the mix now, is only going to help. Some of the best ways to generate engagement is asking questions, sharing insight, providing value, and telling your story!

When it comes to content, Entre pretty much provides an outlet for every form of content you could possibly want/need to create. So if you're a founder looking to get some feedback on a website, open a Livestream and share your screen and get real people to give you real feedback in real time. If you're a career coach looking to engage with people looking for jobs, host a recurring event that helps people on their career path. If you're an Investor looking to connect with some early stage startup founders, host a community that helps early stage founders perfect their pitches!

The list goes on, but hopefully you get the idea. There are plenty of ways in which you can share value, tell your story, and grow your network! There's absolutely nothing wrong with just making a normal, short, sweet, and to the point post either. It seems to work over on twitter, so there's no reason it won't work here.

At the end of the day the type of content you should create is sometimes a game of trial and error, but as long as you stay consistent, provide value, and spread kindness, you can never go wrong!

Another form of content that is highly underrated and definitely not talked about enough is commenting! Even comments are a form of content, and can be one of the best ways to provide value to others. Whether it's sharing feedback on a post, or helping someone find a solution to a problem they've been struggling with, comments can go a long way and can be a great way spark engagement, and create great connections!
